THE INGREDIENTS

● 2 scoop of Whey protein

● 1 scoop Hemp seed

● 1 banana, frozen

● 2 tbsp. Walnut Almond Cashew (WAC) butter

● 1 tsp. raw, unfiltered honey

● ½ tsp. Himalayan salt

● 16 oz. unsweetened coconut milk

● 1 ½ scoop ice

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend and serve
